RAFS - Website Details for Release 2
Website Details
At this stage, the website will need simple changes and updates. The major
part of the website was done in Release 1.
Make Updates From Previous Release
A few updates will need to be done from our Release 1 meeting with Dr. White.
This will mostly include updating the Release 2 detail view, and making the
writeup to go with it (this part). It will also include making an outline view
of Release 3. A few minor changes could also be included in this part, such
as updating the Progress page.
Update Minutes
Brad is the Lead Documenter, and part of that job includes taking minutes at
our team meetings. He will produce these minutes to the lead web designer, J.D.,
and J.D. will put the minutes up on the web. This process will happen repeatedly
throughout the semester. See the Minutes
page for more details.
Post Coding/Algorithm Design Document
Matt is in charge of the Coding/Algorithm Design Document. We will discuss
what needs to be done for this document as a group, then Matt will be in charge
of writing the document.
Post User's Guide
Brad is in charge of the User's Guide. This process is the same as the Coding/Algorithm
Design Document. We will meet as a group to discuss what needs to be put in,
and Brad will write the document. This first User's Guide is a basic one, with
the full User's Guide coming in Release 3.
Update Progress Section for Object Recognition with Localization
Peter and Matt are in charge of solving the whole localization problem. When
they get that applied to the Object Recognition module, that will be updated
in the Progress page on the website.
Update Progress Section for Simple Chair Placement
Brad and J.D. are working on the Simple Chair Placement module. When they get
that module done, the Progress page will be updated
to include that module.
Update Progress Section for Chair Movement with Localization
When the Chair Movement module gets done, the Progress
page will be updated.
Update Releases Page for Release 3
We will meet and discuss what we are going to do for Release 3, and we will
get into more detail than before. When we are done with this discussion, J.D.
will update the Releases page to
include the more detailed view of Release 3.
