I am an Associate Professor of Computer Science at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.  My primary research area is graph theory and its applications.   I received my PhD in Computer Science from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2008.   My advisors were Adam Meyerson and Allon Percus.   I received my BS degrees in both Mathematics and Computer Science in 2001 from the University of Southern California, where I was a Trustee Scholar, National Merit Scholar, and participant in the Resident Honors Program.

Courses I teach include CS 454 Theory of Computation, CS 340 Algorithms and Data Structures, MATH 224 Discrete Mathematics, CS 456 Advanced Algorithms, and CS 490/590 Bioinformatics. My current course sites are maintained on Moodle.
