Conflict Resolution

During any point of working on this project a conflict between team members occurs, Team Evolution has agreed on the following method to solve the problem and allow for progress to continue.

Each member involved in the conflict will have the opportunity to present their case to the other members of the team. The person should explain why he feels the way he does and what benefits this has for the project.

After each member has presented their side, all members will vote for which solution they want. In the event of a tie (if someone is not there to vote), the project manager will have the final say.

If the conflict is a design issue, the designers have the upper hand. That is, they will have a little more say in the issue since they will be the ones working closest to the problem and solution. This also implies that the designers vote will be counted twice. The same goes for programming and coding. If it is a programming issue, the programmers have the upper hand.

If in an extreme circumstance a decision can still not be made after the above steps, we will contact upper management for assistance in resolving the problem. The upper management's decision will be a binding arbitration. Contacting upper management is a worst case scenario however we speculate this would never happen.
