Month of January 2005
Client Meeting
I(Peri) met with Dr. Weinberg in December(during the christmas break week) to revise the web interface design for the camera controls. The client was pleased with the new desgin.
I also met with Andrew Lamonica to discuss the existing camera control software and the possibility of Marvin to be used for our testing purposes. Andrew will try and get Marvin ready for testing.
Andrew is installing the new aria software to be tested on the test robot Marvin. He is expereincing some minor problems, hopefully fixed soon by the third week of January.I (Peri) have been meeting with Andrew on a regular basics to get the status of the installation.
I have been meeting with Dr.Weinberg, to discuss various designs for the web interface, have narrowed it down to a couple of designs, which agian will be finalised based on the usability testing.

Month of Feburary 2005
Client Meeting
I (Peri) met with Dr.Weinberg to discuss the open house event, where the team would test their prototypes. Dr.Weinberg is satisfied with the current interface design.
I (Peri) also met with Andrew Lamonics on several occassions regarding the installation of saphira on the robot. Seems there are few problems, so its decided that the team is going to work with aria installed on the robot.

Client Meeting
Met with Dr.Weinberg, and updated him on the project's progress. So far the new middleman has been tested with the new web interface and with the robot.

Month of September 2004
Client Meeting
The team met with Dr.Weinberg to discuss the requirements in more detail and to get a better idea on the project. It was the first meeting and the outcome was that the team had a better understanding of the project's requirements.
The team then met Mr.Andrew Lamonica to discuss the techinical aspects of the project. Andrew is the technical expret so we gained some good information on the current working of TAZ who is operational. We also discussed how certain existing features could be changed and the meeting was very productive.

Month Of October 2004
Client Meeting
Sean and Joe who are responsible for the mapping feature met with Dr.Weinberg and presented to him some initial ideas and powerpoint prototypes. They got some valuable feedback.
Mike and Peri who are responsible for the camera control also met with Dr.Weinberg and presented their initial ideas and got some good feedback. So far the project seems to be going pretty smoothly.

Month Of November 2004
Client Meeting
The camera control desing team (Peri and Mike) met with Andrew Lamonica to discuss and learn more about the middleman server. We also learnt about the various classes and how the commands are being passed to the robot and how the middleman server is handling the client connections. It was a productive meeting.
