Project Description

The Chemistry Learning in Progress (CLIP) system will provide students with an automated version of the current system. Therefore, this educational tool will have to retain the same objective of allowing a user to arrange freely a given set to form the patterns that make up the final arrangement.

Each set in one way or another reflects the one of many ways the periodic table can be organized.

Furthermore, beyond mimicking the current system, we aim to provide observational data that shows the choices a user made toward finding a final arrangement for a set. This recorded data will help illuminate the various thought processes that occur for the user during their task of finding patterns within a set.
