I am an Assistant Professor at Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville (SIUE). I received my Ph.D. in Computer Engineering-Computer Science at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and my Bachelors in Computer Engineering at the University of Texas-Rio Grande Valley.
My research is focused at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence in Computer Vision, Multi-Agent Systems, Resilience for Plant Phenotyping . My long-term research goal is to advance and combine Computer Vision, Resilience principles, and Multi-Agent Systems for agricultural decision support. I utilize high-throughput, and supercomputing to produce information-dense datasets for more detailed evaluations.
