Jan 12 – This was the first meeting with the team. We just basically talked over our project. I spend 1 hour and 30 minutes.

 

Jan 17 – I met with Prof. Klein and talk to him about certain things we were still wondering about.  Things like if we need to do an undo button and ect.  I also met with my team and worked out some of the functions that the interface would need. I spend around 2 hours and 30 minutes.

 

Jan 18 – I met with Matt and worked on cleaning up the code so that we would be able to understand what we are doing and that took around 4 hours.

 

Jan 19 – Met with team and started to go through some basic idea of how I wanted to approach this time.  We also talked about what function we would need from each of our modules.  I spend around 2 hours.

 

Jan 23 – Worked on scheduling and thinking about how the timeline should be.  I worked out some basic deadlines for each member as the project progress.  Did some AI research and talked to Dr. Yu.

 

Jan 25 – I worked on some more AI research trying to figure out the best way for the AI to be done.

 

Jan 31 – Had a Team meeting and talked about a number of different things.  These things included topic as simple as if our timeline was correct or if it needed changed to how the AI will interact with the interface to allow players to observe two AI’s playing each other.

 

Feb 4 – Worked on getting the interface.

 

Feb 6 – Looked up more AI stuff hoping to figure out a good search function for our AI.

 

Feb 8 – I talked to Klein and Tetzner about getting some student to test our program and give us some good feed back.

 

Feb 12 – picked up the sheets handed to Klein and Tetzner and going to start reviewing them.

 

Feb 14 – Talked to client because we could not use the current AI setup.

 

Feb 16 – Did some more basic AI research and met with the group.

 

Feb 21 – Did some HCI testing and then talked to the group about the information we received from it.

 

Feb 23 – Did some more HCI testing and changed some of the interface design.

 

Feb 25- Started thinking about what scripts our AI is going to use and how we could implement it.

 

Mar 2 – Talked to the group and assign people new task and worked with Todd to fix our gant chart and figure out exactly where we were in respect to time.

 

Mar 4 – Thursday before Spring break didn’t do much.

 

Mar 14 – Talk with group about what everyone did over spring break and we as a group made some decides.

 Mar 16 – More AI discussion and working on the schedule with Todd.

Mar 21 – (2 hours) – I worked on the AI header.

 

Mar 23 – (1 hours) – I worked on the AI header.  I tried to figure out the best way to code the actual AIs.

 

Mar 26 – (1 hours) – Did some HCI testing with Todd

 

Mar 30 – (2 hours) – Client Acceptance, spend and hour or so talking to Professor Klein about the project and what he wanted us to change.

 

April 2 – (1.5 hours) – I worked on the AI header.

 

April 4 – (3 hours) – I worked on the AIs with matt for a couple hours.

 

April 8 – (6 hours) – I worked on the version control.  I meshed phase 1 and phase 2 together.
