		about 3 Test cases
			1. Expert system def. written in grammar (.txt)
			2. Expected behavior description
		cover all basic behaviors

	Initial publish to web will be developed within an instance of the current KBE

	by next Friday:
		Greg and Jonathan need to have the following finished and functional:
			open dialog
			save dialog
			save as dialog	
			print dialog
			updates need to be made to add/edit dialogs for rules and variables

	Jonathan and Mark:
		button will be added to instance of KBE which will contain functionality
		for initial version of publish to web feature by Sept. 2nd

	Meeting over, remaining time will be used for work.
