The major goal of the Injury Tracking System is to create an easily navigable system, which tracks general information, physicals, injuries, and recovery progress of injuries for every athlete during his / her athletic career at SIUE. This system will consolidate the two current databases being used into one database, which will assist our client to make queries and produce reports. Further, the Injury Tracking System will include the forms that are completed annually, as well as the forms needed when the athlete receives an injury.
