At this year's Student Research Symposium Ross Mead, of the Computer Science Department, won best presented poster. His poster is titled "A Platform for Local Interactions between Robots in Large Formations". At the symposium Ross also gave two oral presentations, "A Framework for Interactions in an Impromptu Robot Team" and "A Platform for Local Interactions between Robots in Large Formations". As a result of winning best presented poster, Ross will receive a $200.00 cash prize. Congratulations Ross, keep up the hard work!
